What if Hitler never rose to power and instead became a prolific artist? I know exactly what will happen. There would be a lot more Jews in the world, some of which would have been great scientists that Germany lost, which might have hindered their ability to build the nuclear bomb. The swastika would retain its holy meaning from Hinduism and the other Dharmic religions, and not become a hate symbol like in our world; Pepe the Frog wouldn't become a hate symbol either WW2 either never happens or ends up between the US and Japan only, etc.
