Remember, at the beginning of WW2, those few who had made attempts to publicize the true extent of the Holocaust were not even believed by most Jews. Zionism remained a pipe dream among exclusively Jewish circles. Neither Zionism nor sympathy for the jews had any affect on the US entrance into WW2. It wasnt possible. Rather, it was a combination of Pro-Anglo sentiments among a handful of elite politicians and, more importantly, outrage over the Pearl Harbor attacks.
To attempt to connect Jews to America's entrance into the second world war is fanciful at best, and downright idiotic at worst.
