Ever since the 1960s, the right has not had effective responses to left-wing parroting points about certain things. Whether it be gay rights, drugs, abortion, sex, etc. The Right has been losing culturally for decades. When you ask someone on the establishment right if they have any viewpoints on culture, if there is a core belief and ideology that they follow, they don't have one. They kept acquiescing to the Left-wing establishment because while the right was arming themselves, the left was silently taking over American cultural institutions like companies, the legacy media, and Hollywood.
To me, no organization or group demonstrates this more than two others: Turning Point USA and Prager University. For TPUSA, they may have been gaining traction, but they will ultimately fail. They play by the same rules that the left has given them and had even conceded on things from the left, not to mention that they unabashedly support Israel which is something that irks both the left and increasingly, the right. Charlie Kirk is facing increasingly difficult questions like relations to race, among other things, that he simply cannot answer. His establishment right views clash with truths that have happened and will eventually crumble unless he changes his stance on issues.
PragerU tries to be good, but it isn't. It simply gives bad arguments that no one who needs to be convinced, young people, will listen or consider. At the end of the day, PragerU simply is not able to convince young people on many issues and even turns them against the Right.
They do not address certain things that the right must take in order to stay successful. They don't talk about the radical rewriting of history, the erasure of American culture, the destabilizing nature of massive immigration, the disenfranchisement of men and more. They don't address it, because they agree with it. Ben Shapiro doesn't care about the replacement of white with brown. He only cares about the GDP and the economy, and not the people.
They are doing the same things that the right has thrown against the left for decades, and they will lose again.
